make this institute a centre for high academic and practical excellence through
giving knowledge and skills to students that will embrace the core values relevant to both local and international health and development professionals and allow students to
participate fully in improving peoples’ lives and sustainable livelihoods.
Mission:
To train health workers of high moral and
professional standards in order to offer demand-driven quality health care and prevention services. To provide the best
service to the learners through giving high quality education that will enable
them to become creative, committed and self-motivated citizens. They will make an impact on the lives of the people and help develop the
health sector in our region and beyond, participating in holistic development to reduce poverty in rural communities of Uganda.
